What You'll Be Doing:
Be the friendly voice that answers calls quickly and professionally, helping customers with their enquiries.
Stay on top of the companies ever-evolving product offerings, giving accurate info while following FCA guidelines.
Promote products and services in a non-advisory role, focusing on information rather than guidance.
Handle a variety of mortgage admin tasks like completions, redemptions, payments, and customer updates.
Manage savings accounts, from opening new ones to processing withdrawals and payments.
Help maintain customer satisfaction by conducting service checks and analysing feedback.
Support mortgage arrears operations and help prepare statistical reports.
