Role Responsibilities
Line Management
Responsible for direct reports, recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, coaching, evaluating contribution, evaluating performance and development.
Operational Strategy
Developing the strategy for the Operations Team based on current position, company aims, company values, the business environment, strengths, weaknesses, risks and opportunities and setting objectives and accountabilities to the team accordingly.
This covers the breadth of the department to include:
* Teleradiology report delivery
* Education services delivery
* Teleconsulting service delivery
* Resource planning strategy
Service Delivery
Ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are appropriate and achievable and once agreed these are met by the teams ensuring that any failure to meet SLAs are investigated and resolved to ensure maximum customer engagement.
Customer Service
Ensuring that high levels of customer service are maintained and any concerns or issues raised are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Process and Data Management and Efficiency
Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business processes according to company aims and objectives and apply improvements when appropriate. Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics. Cost of sale reporting and management against budget.

* Analytical Skills: Proficiency in gathering and interpreting data to drive decision-making and process improvements
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to articulate strategies, manage teams, and engage with stakeholders of all levels.
* Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges
* Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and opportunities in a changeable environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software and tools for operational management and data analysis
* Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting
