As a senior member of the team, you’ll handle complex cases, support junior staff, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and service level agreements. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support, including managing client files, responding to queries, and preparing valuations and recommendation reports. Process new and existing business, including GIA/ISA/Pensions and more complex Bonds/Trusts, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Liaise with advisers, clients, providers, and third parties to maintain compliance and service quality standards. Mentor and support team members, handle training needs, and assist in resolving complex queries or workloads. Contribute to process improvements, project work, and implementing procedural changes for efficiency.
