We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who has experience working within a senior role within the hospitality sector with excellent customer service, team leadership, organisational and communication skills.
Working as the Assistant Restaurant Manager you will support with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient service and a first-class experience for all customers.
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager you will assist in arranging staff rotas, recruiting new team members, assist in inventory management and completing any required paperwork.
DUTIES
Your duties as the Assistant Restaurant Manager include:
1. Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that may arise promptly and professionally.
3. Support the Restaurant Manager in staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
4. Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
5. Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
6. Ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
1. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
