Closing date is 9th April 2025, but early application encouraged. We are seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will deliver expert solutions across programme management, supply chain optimization, and change management, implementing digital transformation and addressing diverse client needs with best practices. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery Manage projects in digital procurement transformation, change management, and business process improvement. Ensure the delivery of operational excellence initiatives, focusing on cost reduction, risk mitigation, and facilitating change. Vendor Management & Risk Optimization Manage vendor relationships, implement procurement strategies, and optimize vendor risk management processes. Implement inventory management improvements and negotiate vendor contracts effectively. Change Management Implement structured methodologies such as ADKAR or Kotter’s 8-Step Model to manage organizational and digital change. Provide ongoing operational and change management support across various industries. Service Implantation Deploy best practices in procurement, supply chain processes, and digital transformation. Support supply chain analytics and emerging procurement technologies. Training & Upskilling Identify core skills and address gaps through a skills matrix Facilitate training on procurement strategies, business process management, and digital change management techniques Key experience needed to excel in the role: Familiarity with emerging procurement technologies and supply chain analytics Experience in designing and implementing skills matrices for team development Communication and stakeholder management skills Vendor management and negotiation Risk assessment and mitigation Process improvement and operational excellence Procurement management and supply chain optimization Change management strategies Digital transformation skills Qualifications & Certifications Programme Management Knowledge in Project, Programme, and Portfolio Management frameworks (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, MSP, MoP) or equivalent experience. Change Management Experience with structured methodologies (e.g., ADKAR Model, Kotter’s 8-Step Model) or equivalent experience. Process Improvement Certification in Lean Six Sigma for optimizing workflows and quality management or equivalent experience. IT Service Management Knowledge of IT Service Management principles, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., ITIL®) or equivalent experience in aligning technology with business operations. Business Process Management Proficiency in streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness or equivalent experience.
