We are a busy practice with a varied day-to-day workload. We have a purpose-built building (2017) which is well equipped (including CR7 dental x-ray and Logic R7 ultrasound with linear probe, tonometer, multiparameter, digital CR x-ray, ventilator and more) which will help allow you to continually develop your skills in your field. You would be working alongside a dedicated team of 5 vets, 4 RVNs & 3 SVNs. We are also supported by the Advanced Clinical Services Network with regular visiting Advanced Practitioners in Surgery, Cardiology and imaging who are always keen to support internal development.
We are looking for someone to work 40 hours a week - however we can be flexible to suit your requirements. Salary up to £75,000 DOE. Our ideal candidate would be a vet with experience who is happy to carry out routine surgeries unsupported as well as being comfortable with working up routine medical cases. Support is available in-house and throughout our well-connected region to develop more advanced skills. This is a role which will allow you to maintain your clinical skills whilst utilising and developing people leadership and business management skills. Experience in the promotion and development of colleagues along with good knowledge of practice financial stability and growth would be an advantage.
