The Bideford Community Rehabilitation team provides a service to the residents of a beautiful, rural, coastal region of Devon. You will require wide-ranging clinical skills & community experience to work autonomously, as well as part of a team. You will need excellent communication skills, adaptability & resilience to change. There is day-to-day clinical support from Clinical leads as well as a structured in-service training programme to help support and guide your development.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for Community Rehabilitation, Multi-disciplinary working and management of patients with a wide variety of presentations. The emphasis is on maximising patient independence and quality of life through assessment, rehabilitation, prevention of Hospital admission and supporting Hospital discharge.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:00 to 16:00
