An opportunity has arisen for an IT Operations and Security Administrator to join the Frontier Technology Team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based at our head office in Witham St Hughs the role will operate on a hybrid pattern of 3 days on site and 2 days from home, with occasional travel to other working locations.
The successful candidate will be concerned with the daily execution of IT operational activities including access and workflow administration, record maintenance and operational support.

About You
11. Previous experience in operational or administration duties
12. Experience of Microsoft products (e.g. Office, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook…)
13. Understanding of digital access principles (identity, authentication and authorisation)
14. Understanding of Role Based Access and Segregation of Duties
15. Good problem solving and reasoning skills
16. Good interpersonal skills to work across various teams and tasks
17. Ability to use your own initiative
18. Experience of recording and auditing access levels
19. An effective team player taking responsibility and being supportive of others
Your Role
As an IT Operations and Security Administrator your role will involve:
20. Administration of user accounts, roles and permissions across various systems and applications, including provisioning, auditing, de-provisioning, and role assignments
21. Creating secure accounts for data sharing and administrating 3rd party access
22. Monitoring and reporting on access levels to comply with audit process
23. Managing and supporting systems related to Single-Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
24. Managing access level change requests within role based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duty (SoD) guidelines
25. Providing task and administrative support as necessary for technology operations IAM, ITIL and security related processes
26. Regular reviews, maintenance and housekeeping of access records and IT operations artefacts
