You will be responsible for the delivery of around 100,000 responsive repairs across the North-East, leading a team of over 150 managers and trade colleagues to provide a high-quality, cost-effective repairs service that is valued by customers.
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Head of Operations - Responsive Repairs within our Property Services Team., You'll be passionate about delivering excellent service to internal and external customers. Karbon Homes strive for top quartile performance so you must be passionate about ensuring repairs are completed on time and to a high standard first time around. You'll be managing a team of 9no Operational Team managers so we are seeking an experienced candidate with strong leadership and communication skills who is comfortable operating in a highly visible and demanding high-energy role. You'll be a positive member of the Property Services management team encouraging and role modelling collaborative working across the organisation. You will need to be comfortable working within an organisation which seeks to balance a strong business head with a social heart. You will be enthusiastic about the prospect of using your skills to help deliver the best outcomes for our customers.

* Salary is £66,150 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2012.09 per annum
* Location: Newburn / Greengates
* The Repairs teams are based out of both our Newburn and Greengates offices and it is expected that this role will have a presence in both offices
* 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
