Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700 (on site - 1 day work from home after successful probationary period)
Salary offered: £27 - £28,000 PA

About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and conscientious Office Administrator to join a well-established and respected Chartered Financial Planning firm in Harpenden. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the administration team, Financial Planners, and Paraplanners, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and contributing to the firm's commitment to providing high-quality service to its clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the administration team in servicing new and existing clients.
* Develop and maintain strong internal relationships to support business flow.
* Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the administrative function.
* Collaborate with the team to improve systems and processes to enhance client service.
* Ensure all business is conducted in a responsible and compliant manner.
* Manage individual work-flow and task delivery effectively.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support, including finalising documents, managing client reports, handling communications, and liaising with third parties.
Skills & Attributes
* Proven experience in an office administration role, ideally within the financial services industry.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach with a willingness to take responsibility.
