Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Engineer, you will:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with product installation, configuration, and maintenance
Escalate complex problems to internal teams and ensure timely solutions
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce ServiceCloud
Create knowledge base articles to assist customers with self-service solutions
Build strong relationships with customers, offering tailored advice and training
Collaborate with R&D teams to share customer feedback for product improvements
Ensure timely support, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or computer science)
Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, .NET, Python, LabVIEW™, VeriStand™)
Analytical problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience with Salesforce ServiceCloud or similar CRM tools is advantageous
Familiarity with PXI, LXI, VISA, or IVI standards and test instrumenta...
