Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Hemel Hempstead / Hybrid
Salary: 27-32k dependent on skills/experience
Job Type: Full-time (although the potential for part-time hours for the right candidate).

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team on a temporary basis to help us attract, retain, and develop top talent.
The Role:
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will be key in supporting our talent acquisition processes and driving continuous improvement in recruitment efforts. You will manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), create and update job advert templates, and play a role in promoting our employer brand. You’ll also work closely with the HR team to help us achieve our diversity, equity, and inclusion (EDI) goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Job Advert Creation: Develop and optimise inclusive job advert templates for internal and external roles.
* ATS Management: Identify improvements in how we use our ATS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
* Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
* Website & Employer Brand: Work with HR and marketing to enhance the careers section of our website.
* Promote Diversity & Inclusion: Support initiatives that drive equity, diversity, and inclusion.
* Recruitment Metrics: Track and report key recruitment KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a recruitment coordination or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and managing an ATS.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in using recruitment software.
* Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
