Fixed term for 2 years, 37 hours per week
The award-winning Estates & Facilities Team are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our Business Support Team. This role is crucial in supporting our Senior Management Team and ensuring smooth and efficient administrative and financial processes.
The role will provide administrative support to a busy senior management team in a reactive service environment. You will have the ability to deal with users and colleagues in a patient, friendly and approachable manner, maintaining clear and accurate records and confidentiality in all matters. Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and bespoke computer packages, you will have the ability to work as part of a team liaising with other team members.
You will have a minimum standard of education demonstrated by GCSEs at Grade C/Grade 4 or above, including Maths and English, or equivalent/higher qualifications, together with an AAT Level 2/equivalent qualification, or equivalent financial experience.
