Lawrence Cleaning Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor for our NN8 location. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of cleaners to ensure that all cleaning duties are performed efficiently and to a high standard. You will oversee the daily cleaning operations, enforce safety and cleanliness protocols, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: -Supervise, train, and mentor a team of cleaners -Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and protocols -Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and within designated timeframes -Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness and identify areas for improvement -Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and products -Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally -Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members -Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure the well-being of all team members -Perform cleaning duties as needed to assist the team -Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations -Complete administrative tasks, such as scheduling, payroll, and reports, accurately and in a timely manner -Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and professional work environment Requirements: -Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role -In-depth knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures -Excellent leadership and communication skills -Strong organizational and time-management abilities -Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines -Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards -Knowledge of health and safety regulations and OSHA standards is a plus Join our team and be a part of a fast-paced and dynamic work environment If you have a passion for cleanliness and a strong desire to lead and inspire a team, we want to hear from you.
