Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Year 3 teacher to join our team. Role Overview: As a Year 3 teacher at our school, you will have full class responsibility, guiding and inspiring our pupils to achieve their best. You will plan and deliver exciting lessons in line with the national curriculum, assess and monitor pupil progress, and provide a supportive learning environment where children feel valued and motivated. You will be part of a collaborative team, working with other staff members to maintain the high standards of teaching and learning. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to Year 3 students Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing feedback to parents and staff Work closely with colleagues to implement school-wide initiatives and strategies Provide pastoral support to students and contribute to their overall well-being Maintain high expectations of both academic achievement and behaviour Participate in staff meetings, training, and development opportunities Essential Criteria: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Proven experience teaching Year 3 or in a primary school setting Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment procedures Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A passion for working with children and helping them reach their potential Strong classroom management skills Desirable Criteria: Experience in an outstanding school environment Special educational needs experience or training Knowledge of current educational initiatives and practices Why Join Us?
