Dependent on experience AXA Global Healthcare have an exciting 12 month fixed term contract opportunity arise as a Senior HR Business Partner. In this role you’ll work closely with senior business leaders and management teams at AXA Global Healthcare to enhance organisation and people capabilities. You’ll support change initiatives whilst shaping and implementing effecting HR strategies and solutions aligned to the business strategy and organisational culture. What you’ll be doing: Lead the development and implementation of global HR initiatives/projects in line with organisational objectives Execute the strategic HR plan ensuring alignment to business strategy Influence and contribute to the overall MGA strategy and provide subject matter expertise Develop and execute value adding HR synergies across the IPMI division and be a key contributor to the ALHIS HR team Identify, evaluate and make recommendation on improving the existing infrastructure, including partnerships when expanding into new geographical territories Lead the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating an engaged culture Develop and maintain key HR stakeholder relationships with AXA entities across the world, sharing best practice and leverage One AXA to drive efficiencies for the AGH Group and IPMI Division Lead the analysis of people insight for the IPMI Division, ensuring clarity and accuracy, and providing data insight to drive business decisions Support the Chief People Officer to deliver annual pay and bonus processes within the AGH Group Responsible for identifying and mitigating HR risks for the AGH Group/IPMI division Drive a culture of business ownership and accountability for people management practices and behaviour to enable a high performing culture Due to the number of applications we expect to receive for this role, we reserve the right to close this advert earlier than the listed closing date to ensure we’re able to effectively manage interest. What you’ll bring: Relevant professional certificate such as Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Strong knowledge of technical HR processes, with commercial awareness Successful track record of managing multiple projects/HR initiatives, ideally in a healthcare and international environment, with a proven track record of solution delivery Ability to work autonomously and cope with high levels of ambiguity whilst operating successfully in a multi-jurisdiction environment Excellent communication skills: ability to listen, seek feedback, provide insight and communicate a clear vision Highly proficient in managing and mitigating HR risk Organisational skills and commercial acumen Understanding of global marketplace and the HR dynamics of a global environment A strong working knowledge of employment law and experience of employee relations Coaching and mentoring skills to build talent As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
