The Role
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Investment Analyst to partner with our Office business to provide end to end financial analysis and reporting requirements across this portfolio including the GPT Wholesale Office Fund (GWOF). This is a highly analytical, specialist role working collaboratively with the Investment Manager, Office in the day to day maintenance of the GWOF fund model/GPT business, preparation of investment analysis and reporting requirements. You will be a true subject matter expert on our fund mechanics in this role, able to provide analytical guidance and advice to a range of stakeholders. What you will be doing
1. Support the day to day maintenance of the GWOF fund model
2. Assist the Investment Manager, Office in the preparation of investment and portfolio analysis and financial models for presentations
3. Support the day to day coordination of GWOF Fund Investor reporting requirements
4. Support broader reporting requirements including Interim, Full Year, ESG and due diligence reporting
5. Support the Investment Manager, Office with the preparation of GPT Office and GWOF strategy documents
6. Support continuous improvement initiatives that simplify periodic reporting processes
What makes you stand out
We are looking for an experienced, highly analytical finance professional with a background across funds management, corporate finance or advisory. You could come from an investment bank, professional services/advisory or the property sector in a comparable role. Advanced Excel modelling, PowerPoint and Word capabilities will be key to your success alongside your well-honed problem solving skills and attention to detail. You will also be a solid relationship builder, able to partner effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and external investors.
