The manager will be responsible for maintaining a productive and well-presented shop and demonstrate effective leadership in all aspects of team management Qualifications/Experience: Sound retail experience and knowledge (charity experience not essential), excellent people management skills and awareness of Health & Safety compliance are essential. The ability to plan, organise and communicate effectively, apply sound judgement and be able to work under pressure are the key skills requirements of the role. Duties to include: Lead a team of staff and volunteers to maximise shop sales and profits. Lead and manage the day to day shop operation, by exceeding customer expectations and effective engagement of the staff and volunteer team. Flexibility, full driving licence and use of a vehicle for business purposes are essential.
