We are excited to announce that we will soon open a new store in Westbourne, and we are looking for an experienced Shop Manager to run this. The manager will be responsible for maintaining a productive and well-presented shop and demonstrate effective leadership in all aspects of team management.
Qualifications/Experience: Sound retail experience and knowledge (charity experience not essential), excellent people management skills, and awareness of Health & Safety compliance are essential. The ability to plan, organise and communicate effectively, apply sound judgement, and work under pressure are key skills required for the role.
Duties to include: Lead a team of staff and volunteers to maximise shop sales and profits. Manage the day-to-day shop operation by exceeding customer expectations and effectively engaging the staff and volunteer team.

Flexibility, a full driving licence, and use of a vehicle for business purposes are essential.
Working pattern: Mon - Sat - 4 full days (Shop opening hours 9.30 – 4.30) with an additional 2 hours on the 5th day.
