Location: Carlisle
Salary: £40,000 per annum + £4,000 bonus + Excellent Benefits + £5,000 relocation package
Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (Flexible hours available), with occasional on-call duties

The small residential care home has recently been fully refurbished and boasts an outstanding staff team with strong ties to the local community. As the business continues to expand, they offer excellent opportunities for career progression. My client is seeking an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager eager to advance their career by collaborating with our senior team to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as the Registered Manager of the service.
Liaise with the CQC, local authorities, and the Fire Authority to ensure compliance and maintain high standards within the home. Promptly submit all required notifications (e.g., DOLs, safeguarding, RIDDOR, CQC notifications).
Maximize occupancy levels within the home.
Oversee the implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the highest standards of care for all residents.
