We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading mechanical and electrical engineering contractor, for the following:
• Site Administrators x 2
You will be ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of all administrative tasks on-site and will be playing a critical link between site team/management and external stakeholders. The role will be varied, from serving as the primary point of contact for site enquiries and communication to compliance and reporting. You will need to have strong organizational skills as well as attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Locations: SW London/NW London & Canary Wharf
Proposed start date: ASAP or January
Type of contract: Permanent or contract
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing extensive diary management for the SLT team, with changing demands and priorities
Managing the Project Directors inbox, with full confidentiality
Arranging all internal/external meetings
Assisting with travel arrangements, and client meetings
Setting up meetings on behalf of the Project Director
Submitting expenses on behalf of the Project Director and SLT as required
Deal with any administration HR together with other administrators/office managers/PAs within the busines
Preparing and formatting the monthly directors report for the monthly meeting and other documentation deemed appropriat
Attend meetings and minute writing as necessary
Oversee the project admin and assist where required
Deal with any IT issues for SLT and Project Team and order all IT equipment as requested.
IT skills covering Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
