Key Responsibilities: Provide individualised support to a student, ensuring they remain engaged and motivated in their learning. Monitor progress and provide feedback to the teaching team, helping to refine strategies as needed. Facilitate the student’s participation in group and class activities, encouraging a sense of inclusion. Provide assistance with personal care or additional needs, where required.
