We have an excellent opportunity for Part Time Glass Collector and Bar Back to join The Dirty Onion.
We will only consider applications that meet the following:
Essential Criteria:
1. 6 months in a similar busy city centre bar
2. Fully flexible to work Friday and Saturday evenings
3. Proven track record of Customer Care
Desirable Criteria:
1. NVQ Level 2 in Food & Drink Service (or similar)
2. 6-12 months experience in a busy bar
3. Level 2 or higher Food Hygiene Certificate (must be current)
4. First Aid Certificate (must be current)
