The Role
As the School Business Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team, driving the strategic management of the school’s financial, administrative, and operational functions. You will:
Manage the school’s budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
Oversee HR, premises, and health and safety operations.
Lead the administration team to deliver excellent support services.
Work collaboratively with the Headteacher and Governors to support the school’s strategic vision.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive professional with:
Site management/ health and safety experience
HR experience
Arbor or Information Systems such as census
Experience with completing purchase order/placing orders
Experience of the of day to day school life
Assisting the Headteacher/SLT team as requested
