Plumber Multi wanted for a main contractor.
Over at Skilled Careers, we are currently recruiting for a number of Plumber Multi's for a leading main contractor on their contract with a renowned housing association.
There are several positions up for grabs, with interviews to take place this week!
As a Plumber Multi, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
2. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
3. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
4. Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
5. Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
Please note: A full UK Driving Licence is needed for this role.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to GBP35k per year.
Location: Hastings and Bex Hill.
