Role overview:
As a Graduate Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping organisations get the most from Microsoft 365. You’ll work with enterprise clients to design smart solutions, support digital change initiatives, and create engaging communications that help employees adopt new tools with confidence.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and gather business requirements
* Support the rollout of Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, SharePoint, Viva, and Copilot
* Help design and deliver tailored solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity
* Create engaging communication campaigns and training materials to support user adoption
* Apply change management approaches (e.g. ADKAR) to guide people through transitions
* Stay on top of the latest Microsoft 365 features, tools, and trends
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and consultants

* A 2:1 degree – this could be in business, IT, communications, or a creative subject
* A strong interest in technology and how it can improve the way people work
* Clear and confident communication skills – written, visual, and verbal
* A creative thinker who enjoys solving problems and thinking from the user’s perspective
* A collaborative, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* Any experience in tech, consultancy, change, communications or design is a bonus
