Role: People Change Consultant
Location: Chelmsford
Duration: 12-month Fixed term contract
Salary: £47,00 - £56,000 DOE
This role will provide highly specialist change management expertise, advice, guidance, and challenge within large and transformational programmes of work.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide highly specialist subject matter expertise, thought leadership, practical advice, and guidance.
2. Manage highly complex and difficult conversations.
3. Deliver practical and impactful change solutions by transforming complex concepts.
4. Support in creation and implementation of impactful change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement.
5. Work closely with key organisational leaders and stakeholders to analyse and manage the organisation-wide change landscape.
6. Evaluate the impact of change initiatives, measuring key performance indicators.
7. Develop and drive the organisation's change capability strategy by coaching and mentoring leaders.
8. Regularly update knowledge and skills to meet the evolving standards set by the CIPD.
9. Actively participate in the development and continuation of communities of change practice.
10. Meet specific individual and shared targets and objectives as defined annually within the performance management framework.
