Location: Patch to cover in & around Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire & South Manchester - working remotely, travelling within your specific geographic region (visiting our office in Solihull once a month)

The Role:
As the Regional Account Manager - you report to a Regional Head of Sales, the Regional Account Manager will deliver against aggressive motor finance targets and successfully recruit new dealers in chosen strategic areas and / or geographic territories. You will be responsible for 1 region, and travel will be required in and around this region - Field based.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New client pipeline management.
2. New opportunity pipeline management.
3. Negotiation of commission terms.
4. Preparation and presentation of dealer commission term proposals.
5. Dealer training - BNPP-PF systems, processes, regulatory sales processes & requirements.
6. Dealer sales management to include financial products and customer suitability, management of credit volumes, business quality, margins, take up rates and accept rates.
7. Complaint management and dealer liaison.
8. Customer cycle management parity lead generation and end of term PCP process.
9. Wholesale Finance development and lead generation.
Skills & Attributes:
1. Full driving licence.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Retail Motor Finance experience gained either with a Motor Finance provider or retail motor sales operation - Must.
4. Outstanding track record in business development & Account Management.
5. Resilience - Evidence of being in a high-pressure role where delivering sustainable and profitable sales are key.
6. Target and results driven.
7. Commercial awareness.
8. Strong organisational skills.
9. Confidence and networking ability.
10. Strong interpersonal skills.
