Full-time | Permanent | Central London We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Programming Projects Coordinator to join our team, supporting the successful planning and delivery of exhibitions. Working within a dynamic cultural institution, this role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate on innovative and engaging exhibitions, from initial concept to installation. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the coordination of all aspects of exhibition delivery, including logistics, scheduling, contractor liaison, and budget tracking. Support the curatorial and programming teams in research and documentation tasks. Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring key deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed. Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to support exhibition set-up, marketing, interpretation, and public programming. Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and project briefs as required. Provide administrative support, including the arrangement of travel, accommodation, and shipping for exhibitions and related events. Contribute to the planning and execution of exhibition-related events and private views. Skills and Experience: Previous experience working in a cultural or creative organisation, preferably in a similar exhibitions, events, or programming support role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative, team-oriented, and flexible approach to work. Competency with project management and office software (e.g., MS Office, Trello, or similar). Desirable: Interest in contemporary culture, design, or international exhibitions. Experience liaising with artists, designers, or curators. Knowledge of exhibition production processes.
