About the role:
As an Experienced Forklift Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, Your expertise in the repair, service, and maintenance of electric, LPG, and diesel forklifts will be crucial as you bring your skills both to our workshop and out in the field. With Babbis Ltd, you'll not only maintain machinery but also ensure our clients experience seamless operation and exceptional service.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a variety of forklifts
* Providing exceptional customer service while supporting clients on-site
* Collaborating with our workshop team to streamline processes and improve service quality
* Maintaining accurate service records and submitting reports on work completed
* Upholding our commitment to safety and compliance at all times
About you:
You're an experienced Forklift Engineer with a solid background in working on forklifts or similar vehicles. With a current driving licence and a minimum age of 25 (due to insurance requirements). You will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with clients, ensuring our customers receive the very best service.
