Job title: Customer Services Administrator Reporting line: Operations & Logistics Lead Location: Aberdeen Job Specification The propose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Aviation Services Department and play a key part in the development of the Global Aviation Aftermarket. The Customer Services Administrator will have working knowledge in the management of Single Product distribution and have experience within the Aviation Supply chain to fulfil customer orders, and the extended ability to support the Operations & Logistics Lead in the offshore Operations planning and delivery. Principal Accountabilities Serve as the primary contact for aviation customer inquiries via email or telephone, ensuring that all requests are handled promptly. Prepare quotations for spare parts based on materials identified as needed in engineer service reports, customer-owned equipment inspection reports, and customer enquiries. Maintain and update the Customer Relations Database in accordance with CRM guidelines. Process customer orders and ensure all necessary databases are updated accordingly. Create purchase orders. Coordinate with couriers and prepare relevant documentation. Collaborate with the Aviation Storeman to ensure the timely delivery of customer orders. Keep the UK price list current with updated supplier pricing. Assist the Aviation Cost Controller by providing information needed for Month End Customer Billing. Handle Helifuel supply and filling administration. Complete and manage customs documentation related to Helifuel. Perform tank operations administration duties in Aberdeen, including certification, M3 intervention, and general administration. Support with coordinating offshore inspections in the absence of the Operations & Logistics Lead. Arrange rental equipment for offshore inspections. Booking training courses for offshore engineers. Perform any additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications and Experience Previous experience in a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
