The Audit & Supplier Support Manager is responsible for delivering and determining the audit programme frequency of the technical approval of locally managed suppliers working to Costa audit standard. Supports supplier performance through collaboration with Technical Managers, to drive compliance and continuous improvement in Quality and Food Safety.
What you'll do
* Responsible for Technical carrying out approval audits of locally managed suppliers, escalating risk where appropriate to the Senior Beverage & Non-Food Technical Manager, Procurement and Marketing Teams.
* Ensuring follow up on identified audit non-conformances with relevant suppliers and Technical Managers.
* Responsible for identification of Food Safety and Quality product risk and ensuring effective management to either, eliminate, mitigate, or escalate to Technical Leadership where appropriate.
* Supports supplier performance through Technical KPI reporting and targets, escalating where required to the Senior Technical Operations Manager, Procurement and Marketing teams.
* Supports product area Technical IMCR investigations, e.g., Supplier investigation following incidents and consumer complaints including effective Root Cause Analysis with sustainable corrective actions.
Who you are
* Formal training in risk assessment & risk management
* Management of Technical Commercialisation
* Formal Hazard Analysis Critical Control point qualification
* Lead auditor qualified
* Food Safety & Quality management for related product category e.g., Dairy, Coffee, Savoury Ready to Eat, Cakes & pastries
* Track record of implementing Governance programs for Supplier Approval, Manufacturing process technology across multiple product categories, Q&FS in manufacturing, distribution, and stores)
