So, who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Portfolio Manager to support our portfolio management team. You will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and a passion for the property market.
You’ll be working closely with the Property Inspections teams to keep our developments well-maintained and compliant, having a keen eye for detail is essential!
You will possess a knack for blending professionalism with a friendly touch, creating a collaborative environment.
We are a fast-paced entrepreneurial business that demonstrates agility and innovative thinking, suiting individuals who thrive in a busy and forward-thinking landscape.
And what will you be doing?
No two days are the same but the below gives you a flavour for some of the tasks you’d typically be involved with. Even if you can’t tick everything off from the list below but think you’ve got what it takes, we’d be keen for you to apply:
* Assisting the Property Asset team to ensure works are programmed, properly funded, and appropriately executed.
* Adhoc visits to residential properties where needed to conduct inspections or meet with customers.
* Assisting with the procurement of routine maintenance and service contracts.
* Set appropriate funding plans for works.
* Providing the team, client, or other stakeholders with regular inspection progress updates.
* Responding to all enquiries in line with our customer charter.
* Assisting with the management of all health, safety, and compliance requirements.
* Review of leases to understand and ensure landlord obligations are performed.
* Documenting processes and maintaining records.
* Keeping informed on industry best practice and regulations.
* Liaising with customers and/or other stakeholders as appropriate.
