We require a talented Communications Project Manager, with proven agency experience, to create industry-leading colleague and stakeholder communications.

We’d like to hear from you if you have:
1. 2+ years agency experience as account manager/project lead, ideally within employee engagement/internal communications.
2. Proven track record managing and growing accounts.
3. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of internal communications and employee engagement challenges and solutions.
Terms: This is a full-time role. Salary is dependent on experience – £32-50k.

Job Title: Communications Project Manager (CPM)
Reporting to: Partner(s) as applicable
Responsible for: Client accounts and project delivery as applicable
Job Summary
DIMENSIONS
The Communications Project Manager (CPM) is employed to lead and support the day-to-day operation of the company’s client projects.
The CPM is responsible for managing and developing excellent client and team relationships.
Reporting to the designated Partner(s), the CPM undertakes a wide range of creative project work to help the company deliver the best possible levels of service and end quality to its clients.
As the CPM's client knowledge/experience increases, these tasks will evolve accordingly in line with specific project and wider business requirements, and the CPM's own personal development plans.
KEY JOB AREAS:
1. Client-based tasks (in no specific order)
1. Client relationships – day-to-day service and development as required
2. Leading and/or supporting high-quality communications content projects and campaigns
3. Attendance at client meetings and events – as required
4. Client clearance – overseeing progress, proofing and managing reviews
5. Design & picture/film briefings, organization & direction – as required
6. Creative input – ideas/suggestions
7. Project delivery – creation and ownership of schedules, process admin & data maintenance
8. Commercial administration – estimates, billing plans, costs, and invoicing
9. Use of in-house software – Synergist - for time-logging, project management, and financial information as required by 44 procedures.

1. 44 Brand development and input – as required
2. Competitive tendering/pitch work – as required
3. Business development – opportunities and networking
4. Membership bodies – events and awards entries
5. 44 event organization/participation – as required
6. Marketing collateral input – as required
7. Press releases & promotional campaigns – input and ideas
8. Website – ideas and input
9. Development of existing client database
10. Implementation of standard editorial processes and quality mark.
1. General office (in no specific order)
1. Supervision/support of other colleagues in the office.
2. Training/development of colleagues as required.
3. E-mail & post – inbound/outbound messages
4. Telephones – fielding calls and general message taking
5. Personal IT maintenance, regular back-up & trouble-shooting – as required
6. Use of forms and processes as required (e.g. ISO)
7. Proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
8. Development of partner network base.
