As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's operations, ensuring seamless communication, efficient order processing, and outstanding customer service. Duties will include:
* Manage phone inquiries, providing excellent support to customers and stakeholders
* Organise and maintain the email inbox, ensuring timely responses
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Criteria:
* Experience in a previous administration role
* Ability to manage a wide and varied customer base
* Awareness of the agricultural sector, feed ingredients, or additives (desirable but not essential)
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
