The Opportunity
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Bournemouth & Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for marketing to shape our brand presence across multiple channels.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, CEO, and Managing Director, you’ll play a key role in delivering our marketing strategy. You’ll contribute to major projects, gain valuable experience in the wealth management industry, and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
* Assist in developing and executing marketing and commercial plans to drive business growth.
* Identify key clients and professional introducers while tracking industry trends for business opportunities.
* Maintain accurate client/contact records and update the firm’s CRM.
* Develop and manage digital content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, email, and the firm’s website.
* Develop press releases, presentations, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
* Implement and monitor digital marketing strategies, including paid search/social campaigns and track performance.
* Coordinate client updates, newsletters, and the firm’s insight series, ensuring valuable and engaging content.
* Organise high-quality client events, handling logistics, venue selection, guest management, and on-site coordination.
* Manage press releases, directory listings, and advertising to enhance brand awareness.
* Assist with preparing marketing reports, presentations, and post-event analysis to measure success and identify improvements.

Position: Full-time and permanent.
Location: Our HQ overlooks the beautiful Holes Bay in Poole, Dorset, with the ability to have a hybrid working pattern.
Work Hours: Our standard working hours are 8:30-5:00 with an hour of ‘you time’ for lunch. However, our team works a variety of different hours that work for both of us. We’re firm believers in measuring output rather than hours at a seat. Let’s have a conversation!
About You
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field, or a strong academic background with A-Levels or equivalent qualifications combined with relevant experience in marketing.
* Solid understanding of digital and social media marketing principles and best practices.
* Experience with data analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics) is advantageous.
* Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
* Knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite apps, including InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
* Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
* Confident and able to build rapport at all levels.
* Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
