Ashley Kate are working with a international manufacturing client on a new HR Specialist role. Based on site 3 days a week in Boston.

As an HR Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to our functional leaders, bringing strong HR expertise to drive performance management, career development, and employee relations. You will also implement best practices aligned with our Ways of Working, ensuring smooth change management across the business.
Salary circa £42k - £46k
HR Specialist - About the role
Translating tactical business plans into key HR actions, programs, and initiatives.
Leading and delivering impactful HR projects.
Partnering with site management to align business goals with people and talent strategies.
Operating independently, making informed decisions and partnering with leadership to resolve complex issues.
Building and maintaining confidential relationships with key stakeholders and managers.
Acting as a change agent, collaborating with HR colleagues to implement large-scale initiatives.
Coaching functional leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, and career development.
Supporting senior leadership in unlocking employee potential and driving sustainable growth.
HR Specialist - About you
Proven HR experience in a generalist HR role.
Passion for talent development and leadership capability.
Pragmatic approach to problem-solving with sound judgement.
Strong UK Employment knowledge
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, advise, and present to stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to multitask and work autonomously while maintaining high confidentiality.
Willingness to engage in constructive discussions and hold others accountable.
Passion for enhancing internal HR efficiencies and ways of working.
Understanding of DEI initiatives and ability to promote a diverse workplace culture.
Professional qualification - CIPD Level 5 or equivalent).
Demonstrated success in delivering generalist HR services.
Experience in a complex manufacturing environment and/or large organisation.
Proven ability to deliver short-term organisational value and lead change management activities.Desirable:
