An exciting opportunity has been created within the vehicle rental industry working for an emerging business based in Lancashire. This role is varied, exciting, challenging, and enjoyable, and our aim is to ensure that our customers receive an amazing service throughout their journey.
You’ll work very closely with our Head of Rental, helping secure new business, look after, maintain, and grow existing business, whilst also being involved with the business operationally to ensure vehicles arrive on time to our customers.
After an initial bedding-in period where you will be shown the ropes and given all the tools to succeed, you will be expected to:
* Call and secure appointments for the sales team whilst also building your own database of new customers to increase revenues, this will make up 40-50% of the role.
* Communicate with existing customers to ensure that they are happy to look at growth areas within their business.
* Order vehicles from our wide range of suppliers in line with customers’ requirements.
* Book in and inspect a wide range of vehicles.
* Study stock reports from suppliers to ensure you are fully aware of what we have available.
* Work closely with our contract hire team to ensure that we don’t miss out on any internal opportunities.
* Identify upselling opportunities.
* Build solutions and problem-solving to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
* Ensure all internal systems are updated such as CRM and Pipedrive.

We are looking for an outstanding tele salesperson. Someone who has a passion for sales and customer service and will always go the extra mile. We are looking for someone with drive, determination, and the right attitude to be the best they can.

* A confident communicator (verbal & written).

* Professional but personal people skills.
* Outstanding ownership & problem-solving ability.
* Knowledge of business social media platforms would be helpful but not essential.
* Excellent work ethic and a willingness to learn.
* Telesales experience would be beneficial.
* Knowledge of the vehicle industry.
