An international fiduciary management company, based in Jersey is seeking to employ an administrative assistant. The role is to assist a private client team in the administration of a portfolio of client company and trust structures. It will include filing/scanning duties, payments, setting up companies/trusts and collating CDD documentation. Applicants are required to have a broad understanding of the principles and practices of offshore trusts, companies and related structures. You will also be expected to understand and apply relevant legislation, have good judgement and excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
