A Day in the Life As a Cost Performance Engineer at Sunseeker International, you will work on optimisation of product costs throughout the business in order to contribute to delivering increase in gross contribution across all Sunseeker International models. Working as Sunseeker Cost Performance Engineer you will work closely with our design, manufacturing, supply chain and planning teams in order to: implement strategic cost reduction using your knowledge of manufacturing process, and benchmarking to establish a common price points obtain and analyse data from variety of internal and external sources to then report findings to all levels of stakeholders set cost targets by understanding bill of material structures and breakdown cost targets by Alpha code, and setting these targets to both internal and external manufacturing processes monitor, control and report budget information throughout boat model lifecycle (from NPD development through to steady state production) commonise parts/material reduce part count and vendor source list utilising manufacturing jigs and standard works application across multiple boat lines Who are we seeking?
