Key Responsibilities Breakdown:
1. Program Management (Strategic & Operational)
o Lead programs with an emphasis on aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
o Balance business, technical, and customer priorities in complex, cross-functional environments.
o Focus on operational efficiency and driving solution delivery.
2. Customer Engagement & Solution Design
o Serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging expertise in cybersecurity.
o Work closely with clients to design tailored solutions.
o Lead customer-facing presentations and discussions.
3. Sales & Business Connection
o Collaborate with sales teams to help position cybersecurity solutions.
o Support pre-sales engagements and ensure alignment of business and security objectives.
o Help define go-to-market strategies and encourage client adoption of solutions.
4. Analytical, Reporting & Communication
o Create reports and performance insights for stakeholders.
o Use analytical skills to evaluate trends and operational impact.
o Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Key Requirements Breakdown:
1. Proven Program Management Experience: Strong background in managing strategic and operational programs, particularly in the cybersecurity field.
2. Cybersecurity Knowledge: Expertise in cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and risk management is essential.
3. Complex Global Client Management: Experience in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder client environments is a must.
4. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
5. Communication Skills: Clear communication, both technical and non-technical, is critical.
6. Global Market Experience: Understanding of international markets and diverse client needs.
7. Multilingual: Speaking multiple languages is preferred, as this can help with international clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Business, or a related field.
2. Cybersecurity Architecture/Compliance: Familiarity with enterprise security architecture, risk management, or compliance is highly beneficial.
3. Experience with C-suite: Experience dealing with senior stakeholders and executives.
4. Cloud, AI, or Security Frameworks: Knowledge in these areas can give you an edge.
