📍Bristol, Manchester or London - Working Patterns: This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week on site but candidates will have to be willing to travel up to 4 days per week UK wide if required

Our large Consulting client work within the Defence industry to provide clients with advice and support during technology adoption and implementation.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement business change strategies to help users with technology adoption.
You will need to have experience within Defence/Government organisations and an understanding of their practices, as well as demonstrable experience of technology focused change.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, support, manage and delivery business change activities across technical implementation and adoption projects for Defence/Government clients.
* Work with stakeholders to ensure that the technology’s usage aligns with the organisation's goals and objectives and help them to get the maximum value from their investment in technology.
* Develop work plans for implementing new technology solutions.
* Provide training and support to employees to ensure successful adoption and usage of new technology.
* Interact with users to identify potential roadblocks and develop strategies to overcome them.
* Measure the success of the adoption process, adjusting as needed.
* Assess the organisation's current technology usage and identify areas for improvement.
* Stay up to date with the best practices, capabilities, and usages of the technology, to ensure the organisation is using the most effective solutions.
* Support business development by contributing to new business proposals and taking roles in industry and account teams.
Key Skills:
* Experience within a technical change role in Defence/Government.
* Consulting experience is desirable and excellent stakeholder management experience is a must.
* Proven experience in leadership alignment, stakeholder identification and analysis, detailed change impact assessment, end-user training.
* Experience developing and executing organisational change management plans.
* Experience in cloud transformation is desirable.
* Experience leading and planning training programmes for technology adoption.
* Excellent facilitation, communication and data analysis skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and remain detail orientated.
* Experience of leading business development activity in the technology adoption space.
