Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management and staff across various departments.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure effective communication and follow-up on action items.
Maintain and organize records, files, and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible.
Assist in the preparation and processing of reports and documentation, as well as data entry.
Support project management efforts by tracking progress, managing timelines, and communicating with team members.
Handle inquiries and respond to requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
Provide logistical support for events, including arranging venues, catering, and communication with attendees.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or business support role.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Experience in customer service or working with diverse teams is a plus.
