About the Role:
Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering a high growth construction organisation who are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Temporary Management/Project Accountant. Due to a number of ongoing projects, our client has an immediate need for a skilled contractor to support a large data-driven cost project. You will support all aspects of a number of key projects, ensuring accurate reporting, cost allocation, and compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain project cost reports and variance analyses.
2. Manage project-related invoices, expenses, and revenue recognition.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
4. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
5. Monitor and report on project financial performance to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience in project accounting or management accounting roles.
2. Cost accounting within construction/manufacturing industries would be beneficial.
