Here at Wates, we have an opportunity for a project administrator to join our administration team in the Leamington Spa area. This is a new opportunity for someone to join our planned division whereby you will be responsible for allocating works for our sub contractors for one of our decarbonisation projects.
This particular role will be based out of our Leamington Spa office so ideally you will be residing in that area.
Key Accountabilities
1. Schedule works into diaries for our sub contractors daily ensuring diaries are full and immediate attention is given.
2. Check the system for emergencies and manage within a timely manner to ensure targets are met.
3. Respond to telephone variations by seeking approval from duty surveyor so operatives may continue the site through to completion.
4. Arrange inspections for supervisors.
5. Provide a high-quality service to our client on a face-to-face basis.
6. Work within a team of Site Managers and RLOs ensuring a smooth process for both the sub contractors and residents.
We are looking for you to have relevant experience gained from working in a similar industry and environment, e.g., planning, scheduling, logistics, call centre, etc. Construction/property services would be ideal but not a must.
To be successful in the role you must be an excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve, multi-task, and work to tight deadlines.
