Role Overview: The Patient Coordinator plays an essential role in ensuring a positive experience for patients and their families at NAPA Center. This position requires a compassionate, organised, and detail-oriented individual who can manage administrative tasks while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients and visitors to the clinic with professionalism and a warm attitude. Assist patients with the check-in process, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. Schedule appointments and manage patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. Maintain and update prescription records, ensuring renewals are processed promptly. Respond to patient queries and follow up on unresolved matters in a timely and professional manner. Provide administrative support to the front office and other departments. Assume additional tasks to support the clinic and provide an excellent patient experience. Requirements: A positive and empathetic approach to patient care. Proven experience in a healthcare, customer service, or administrative role (1-3 years preferred). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
