Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) are currently hiring for an Electrical Supervisor for an initial 6 month contract. This assignment will involve working on a utility scale solar farm in the Midlands. The engagement would be onsite 5 days per week.

We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor who has for our client who are an established utility scale solar EPC contractor and developer.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Oversees electrical work, including solar panels, inverters, and cabling installation.
* Ensures adherence to electrical safety standards and regulations.
* Conducts inspections, troubleshooting, and system maintenance for optimal performance.
* Works with teams, maintains documentation, and supports commissioning.
* Manage subcontractors
