Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Assistant Workplace Manager to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious clients in Milton Keynes, with occasional travel to the London office. You will be in a client facing role and required to provide a 5-star customer experience. As the Assistant Workplace Manager, i t is critical that you demonstrates professionalism, ownership, and responsibility for attending to the client’s needs on site and where they are unable to do so, escalating in a swift and speedy manner to the appropriate personnel within Anabas to quickly satisfy the needs of the client. You will deputise for the Senior Workplace Manager when they are out of the office. An SIA front line licence and BS7858 vetting will be required for this role. Your responsi bilities will include: Management of the Front of House team and Floor Captain Supply chain management, in particular hard services sub contractors Ensure a consistent and high-level service delivery. Identify areas of improvement in delivery of the services and processes; implementing change as required. Ensure customer service is at the heart of the way the FM services are delivered Work closely with the on-site teams to ensure all aspects of performance targets are met and all works are carried out effectively, efficiently, and in a safe manner. Ensure operational statutory compliance and completion of PPM works on site. Deal with reactive situations and manage incident reports as necessary. Manage administrative matters relating to the client contract, compliance, billing model and ACW works.
