LG Engineering Solutions are recruiting a Quality Manager for a global business that specialises in engineering, logistics, repair and maintenance to some of the world’s most recognisable brands. I am looking for a Quality Manager that has previous experience implementing new processes that will help to drive excellence across the Quality function.
As Quality Manager you would be responsible for establishing a robust quality strategy that drives excellence and sustainability. You will lead a quality driven culture, develop new systems and cutting-edge tools and build a Quality Team around you that will help to strengthen the companies wider quality offering. Are you a Quality Manager that has previous experience auditing ISO9001, ISO14001 or ISO45001? Do you have previous experience implementing continuous improvement and LEAN processes? Job Responsibilities
* Lead, develop and deploy quality assurance strategies working closely with other departments including production and supply chain
* Continuously drive improvements using various quality tools including 8D, Fishbone and a robust root cause analysis programme
* Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing quality issues promptly and effectively
* Maintain compliance across the whole business, reinforcing the companies commitment to quality excellence
* Be the lead on all Internal audits
* Train, develop and support the workforce with all quality-based tasks
* Implement KPI’s into the quality function and ensure these KPI’s are being hit
* Develop SOP’s within the Quality department
* Train, coach and develop members of your quality team continuously
