Randstad C&P are working with a leading facilities management client who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Static Multi-Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team, based on a large commercial site in Irvine. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work with a leading facilities management company, providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for HVAC systems across multiple sites.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
7. Efficiently operate, maintain, and repair AC/HVAC systems within commercial properties.
8. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on AC and HVAC appliances.
9. Perform diagnostic checks, fault finding, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
10. Support the general maintenance team with tasks such as basic plumbing and minor repairs.
11. Participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours emergencies.
12. Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
Requirements:
13. NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning.
14. Proven experience in air conditioning and HVAC maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting.
15. Relevant qualifications in HVAC, refrigeration, or air conditioning (F-Gas certified desirable).
16. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair faults.
17. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
18. Full UK driving licence.
