Centre Administrator role summary:
We are looking for an experienced Administrator with strong computer literacy and organisational skills to join our team at The Langford Centre. You will be supporting administration functions within the operations team including managing the staff training and onboarding of new starters.
Key responsibilities of the Centre Administrator:
Training
* You will be responsible for monitoring staff training both online and class based to ensure training is completed and the service is compliant.
* Managing the online training accounts setting up new starts and removing leavers
* Liaising with internal and external trainers to book class based training sessions
* Booking staff onto class base training and tracking attendance
* Communicating with staff and managers to ensure training attendance is optimum
New starters
* Contacting new starters once recruitment process has been completed and organise first day
* Prepare induction packs
* Set up online training account and provide training tablet
* Advise reception of the new starters joining date and who their line manager will be
Admin
* Maintaining staff lists and phone lists
* Taking Minutes for meetings
* Providing administrative support to the team
* General administrative duties, including scanning, shredding and filing
Core Requirements:
* Proven experience of working within a similar role
* You will have good written verbal and communication skills
* You have the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
* You will have good organisational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
* Time management and planning skills
